In January 2026, at the prestigious ELLE List Awards held in Mumbai, Shaan was honoured with the ELLE Timeless Pop Pioneer award. The recognition celebrates his enduring contribution to music and pop culture, acknowledging a career that has gracefully evolved over the years while remaining instantly recognisable to generations of listeners.





Just weeks later, Shaan again made headlines - this time as one of the distinguished jury members for the Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year Awards 2026. Organised by Lokmat Media Group, the event honours individuals whose work has significantly contributed to Maharashtra’s progress across diverse fields. Shaan joined leaders from politics, business and culture in the independent jury panel selecting this year’s honourees in recognition of excellence that inspires and impacts society. 



From being celebrated on the ELLE stage for his legacy and impact to serving as a jury member recognising outstanding achievers in Maharashtra, the beginning of 2026 has already highlighted not only Shaan’s artistic stature but also his growing influence beyond music, continuing to inspire and celebrate excellence across different spheres of society.
